RRKK releasing on May first week
Sehwag out of World Twenty20
Indian opener Virender Sehwag has suffered a shoulder injury which will rule him out of the ICC World Twenty20 beginning in the West Indies on April 30. Sehwag has been advised rest for three to four weeks and has been replaced by Tamil Nadu batsman M Vijay in the 15-man squad, the BCCI said in a statement.
The BCCI statement, however, did not mention how or when Sehwag sustained the injury. Sehwag played all 14 IPL league matches for Delhi Daredevils, scoring 356 runs at an average of 25, his last appearance being on April 18. He was deemed fit when included in the World Twenty20 squad so it's likely the injury occurred during Delhi's IPL campaign.
The blow is similar to the one India suffered before the 2009 ICC World Twenty20. Sehwag had sustained a shoulder injury during the 2009 IPL in South Africa, shortly before the World Twenty20 was due to begin. He travelled with the squad to England but was not able to play a game and India were eliminated without winning a game in the second round.
His replacement, Vijay, has been in aggressive form for Chennai Super Kings, scoring 417 runs, including a century, at an average of 38. He has been India's back-up opener for Tests and ODIs as well.
Salman refuses Abhishek's film
Abhishek met Salman at his residence at Galaxy Apartments, Bandra to narrate the story of his film. The meeting lasted for an hour-and-half. After Abhishek finished his narration, Salman said he wouldn’t do his film and suggested that he cast a younger actor instead.
A source says, “While that’s what he said, it could have been that Salman actually refused Abhishek’s film because it is a three-hero project and he didn’t want to share too much screen space with two other actors.”
However, Abhishek didn’t leave completely empty handed. “Salman suggested a different ending to the script and the aspiring filmmaker agreed that it made for a far better climax than what he had envisaged. Abhishek is incorporating Salman’s input.”
But while he won’t be working with Salman in this film, Abhishek is keeping his fingers crossed for the future. “I’m earnestly looking forward to work with Salman one day. But I must say I don’t know how to thank him enough for his extremely valuable input to my script.”
Google Chrome users beware of unsolicited emails
The story goes like this: Users may receive an unsolicited e-mail which announces that a new extension of a browser has been developed to facilitate access to documents from e-mails. Apparently unsuspicious link is provided, and the recipients are advised to follow it in order to download the new extension. Once they click the link, they are redirected to a look-alike of the Google Chrome Extensions page, which, instead of the promised extension, provides them with a fake application that infects their systems with malware.
Although the sham application has the same description as that of an original Google Chrome Extension, the first sign the more inquisitive users will get about it not being what they were looking for should be the fact that instead of the expected ".crx" extension, it features a flamboyant ".exe" tail.
BitDefender identified it as Trojan.Agent.20577 the application modifies the Windows HOSTS file in an attempt to block access to Google and Yahoo web pages. This allows the malware creators to intercept the victim's calls to reach the respective sites. Through this, the innocent users will be redirected to the cybercriminal's own malware-laden versions of those sites.

Mumbai Indians collapsed after Sachin Tendulkar retired
Tendulkar was on his haunches and breathing heavily as early as the fourth over of the chase. However, he and Shikhar Dhawan provided their customary solid start, hitting a four an over in the Powerplay to take Mumbai to 46 for 0. Dhawan chopped on Thilan Thushara's first delivery, but Mumbai progressed smoothly, if slowly, to 62 after nine overs when Tendulkar decided to retire.
After looking in control of the match till then, Mumbai imploded, losing a wicket in each of the next six overs. Ambati Rayudu was the first to go, stumped after tearing out of the crease and missing when looking to loft a short ball from Suresh Raina. When Chennai celebrated, Rayudu practised the stroke that would have served him better, a cut.
The potentially explosive Trinidad pair of Dwayne Bravo and Kieron Pollard have done little of note with the bat all tournament, and the trend continued at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. Both looked to launch the ball into the crowds beyond the sightscreen but got more height than distance on their strokes, and a pair of well-held catches sent them on their way.
In between, the promising youngster Saurabh Tiwary who had looked the most assured of the Mumbai batsmen barring Tendulkar, also perished, slogging straight to deep midwicket off the impressive Shadab Jakati, whose solid tournament continued.
R Sathish and Ryan McLaren were involved in some nervy running before Sathish was caught out by a direct hit from S Badrinath at short cover. The only wicket the bowler can take credit for in the entire collapse was McLaren's - offspinner R Ashwin trapping him lbw in front of offstump, so plumb that Chennai's appeal was more a celebration than a question. Mumbai had lurched to 92 for 7 and even the return of Tendulkar couldn't extend their winning run.
Their bowlers had done a better job earlier in the evening, shackling a powerful Chennai batting line-up. Opener M Vijay couldn't complete a hat-trick of brutal innings in front of his home crowd, bottom-edging Harbhajan Singh onto the stumps early.
Matthew Hayden is supposed to be the bruiser at the top of the Chennai line-up, but yet again he couldn't find the boundaries, dealing mainly in singles. After the lethargy in the Powerplays, Suresh Raina was just starting to catalyse the innings before failing in his attempt to clear midwicket off a short ball
Chennai were kept on their toes when Dhoni made a typical bustling start, and Hayden flicked and drove Bravo for ten runs in the next over. When Dhoni edged one past the keeper for four in the 12th over, 63 runs had come off the previous six. It was two overs later that the match swung. Pollard's slow bouncer tricked Dhoni, and Hayden's Mongoose bat wasn't enough to clear long-on off the next delivery.
The home side slid to 119 for 4, after which boundaries again proved scarce, none coming in the next four overs. Michael Hussey and S Badrinath picked off the singles but struggled to hit top gear, before some innovative strokeplay from Badrinath lifted Chennai to 165, which ultimately proved enough for their third straight win.

It was also decided to set-up nine X-ray baggage scanners at the Alipiri security check post at a cost of Rs.1.36 crore. The board also granted permission to a team of 10 Vedic priests and pundits to attend the TTD-organised Sri Venkateswara Kalyanotsavam at New Jersey in the US in the first week of May with a rider that on their return they should not cross the Kulasekhara Alwar Padi inside the sanctum sanctorum of the temple.
Donors felicitated

'My style is my strength' - Virender Sehwag
Virender Sehwag has revealed that he has no intentions of changing his aggressive style of play, irrespective of the odd failure.
"When I play a cover-drive, I play it to score runs. I don't play a shot to get out. So, if the cover-drive ends up in a catch at slip, I am spared criticism. If it ends up in the hands at covers, I am slammed. The shot attempted has remained the same, only the mode of dismissal is different," Sehwag told the Hindu.
"My style is my strength. It is my natural game. That is how I grew up and scored most of my runs. I have matured in my shot selection but will not discard my style. I don't believe in wasting balls," Sehwag said.
Sehwag thanked the India captains he has played under for their backing over the years. "I have been lucky to receive encouragement from all my captains [Sourav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid, Anil Kumble, MS Dhoni]. They have always insisted on having me in the team and that means a lot to me."
While he has scored runs at a fast clip - with strike-rates of 80.87 per 100 balls in Tests, and 103.51 in ODIs - Sehwag admitted that he has become more patient of late. "Sort of patient. Actually, I have become careful in my shot selection. I am neither over-defensive nor extra-aggressive.
"I curse myself if I get out without making a 100 after crossing 40. I love playing in the 'V'. And I remain positive even after getting out after making just two at times. I tell myself that I took guard with nothing against my name but now I have at least two," Sehwag said.
Bowling attacks have tried to work him out over the years, by denying him room outside the off stump, and by bowling short, into his body, but Sehwag has managed to find ways to score. "It is a mind game and I am good at it. I create shots to beat the field. Run-making has become tough," Sehwag said.
Sehwag said he was aware of the thin line separating success and failure, and it boiled down to how one chose to look at things. "Half empty or half full. A cover-drive for four or disaster. Praise will come when you do well. So, be prepared for brickbats when you fail. You are learning from both. Success prepares me well for the failures," he said.
Corporate fraud in India on the rise: KPMG
Corporate fraud in India is on the rise, a fact corroborated by 75 per cent of the top executives surveyed by consultancy firm KPMG.
An increasing number of employees are indulging in fraudulent activities, mostly driven by financial stress and dissatisfaction with their company management, according to ‘KPMG Fraud Survey Report 2010’. Global consultancy KPMG conducts the survey every two years across all sectors.
The survey found that both junior and senior employees are perpetrators of frauds and the quantum of fraud in value terms is also on the rise.
Fraud losses of more than Rs. 10 lakh hit “87 per cent of survey respondents, against only 47 per cent in the last survey, according to KPMG.
The survey finds that the current control system is ineffective, calling for a firmer hand against fraud.
“Organisations need to realise the importance of putting effective internal control mechanisms in place, so as to manage risks. It has become imperative for companies to be vigilant, and not just act when fraudulent situations arise,” KPMG (India) Head-Forensic Deepankar Sanwalka said.
The survey noted that supply chain fraud (procurement, distribution and revenue leakage) is the area most prone to cases of fraud.
After the founder chairman of Satyam Computers (now Mahindra Satyam) admitted to cooking the books of accounts to the tune of Rs 8,000 crore, the survey noted that instances of financial statement frauds are on the rise.
An overwhelming 81 per cent of the respondents have said financial statement fraud is now a major issue for investors.
It said that as the earnings of some executives are linked to the financial performance of an entity, the employees at times resort to cooking up the books.
“Ineffective whistle—blowing systems, inadequate oversight of senior management activities by the audit committee and weak regulatory oversight mechanisms are the reasons for the increase in the number of frauds that one can see in the industry today,” the report said.

Indians by nature are tolerant & understanding: SRK
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan said that Indians by nature are more tolerant and as such by and large religious radicalisation is not accepted in India's society.
"I think Indians by nature like people and they're compromising and understanding. Is what I'd like to believe, really," Shah Rukh told in an interview when asked why Indian Muslims are not radicalised as that in the neighbouring countries.
"I think the secret lies within the way Indians are. We as people are more compromising and understanding. We do give a chance to everyone to say their point of view, listen to it, and not react really radically.
Of course there will be sections which do it and that permeates to the Muslims, to the Hindus, to the Christians, to every, you know, section in our society
I would like to believe it's like that. But I think that's the main reason," Shah Rukh observed.

Four Climaxes for Raavan
Since the day of initiation Ravan film has been in news for various reasons. The latest buzz doing rounds regarding Ravan is that Mani Rathnam had shot four climaxes for Raavan.
Hold your breath…It seems that in one of the climaxes Raavan wins Seetha’s heart.
Seetha overcomes Raavan’s tantrums and reaches Rama in another; whereas other two climaxes show Rama dying in one and Ravana dying in another.
Mani had kept everyone guessing as even unit members are not aware of what’s running in his mind.
Already there have been enough controversies around movies showing epics and religious practices in different light. Hope Ravan doesn’t run into controversies.
